LI Positions on Honduras are now EU Policy, says Liberal International President  

On oral questions in the European Parliament by LI President Hans van Baalen, MEP for the EP ALDE Group, Spanish Foreign Minister Moratinos declared that, following its democratic elections and the inauguration of the country's new President, Honduras has returned to its constitutional order. EU relations with Honduras will be normalised as soon as possible and negotiations for an EU-Central American trade agreement will be resumed. With this development, LI positions on Honduras as presented by the LI delegation led by President Van Baalen in Tegucigalpa Mid November last year are now EU policy.

Las posiciones de LI hacia Honduras ya son política de la Unión Europea, declara el Presidente de Liberal International

A un interrogatorio oral ante el Parlamento Europeo, efectuado por el Presidente de Liberal International, Hans van Baalen, también miembro del Parlamento Europeo dentro del Grupo EP ALDE, el Ministro español de Relaciones Exteriores, Miguel Ángel Moratinos, declaró que, en seguimiento a las elecciones democrática y la investidura del nuevo presidente, el orden contitucional se ha restablecido en Honduras.  las relaciones EU-Honduras se normalizarán tan pronto sea posible, y se dará continuación a las negociaciones del tratado comercial entre la EU y Centroamérica.  Con este acontecimiento, las posiciones de Liberal International presentadas en noviembre pasado por una delegación suya, que lideró su presidente van Baalen son ahora política de la UE.
